Nutella Chili Liquor
3 tbsp - Nutella
2 cups- milk
2 cups- cream
1 ¼ cup- condensed milk
150 ml – ¾ cup alcohol 95% or 151 proof grain alcohol (or the strongest available)
1 chili pepper depends on how mash spice you like it
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put the Nutella and milk in a saucepan and heat on the fire until the chocolate has melted.
2. Add the chili pepper, cream and condensed milk and cook on a low flame for 8 minutes.
3. Let the mixture cool down and then chill very well in the fridge.
4. Mix well. Filter it through a sieve and bottle it.
5. Keep it in the fridge for a couple of days and shake well before serving.
NOTES:
This liqueur should Keep in the fridge for a couple of months, though mine never lasts that long.
You could lessen the cream to make it last longer.
If you like to boost the taste of Nutella add more depends on your taste.
