POPCORN BEER
When I first started
drinking, the first booze that I have ever partaken on was beer. I got my first
hang over. I got thirsty but my grandma gave me an advice:
drink coffee or something warm but at first, I did not listen. I drank a
cup of cold water and then I called crows! UWAK… and then feed the ducks (which
is by the way a Filipino expression for puking). In short, I puked. I tried to
get to the bathroom but failed. It spilled all over the floor. So that’s
when I decidedto get the coffee. It never came to me that my grandma knew a lot
about sobering up Ironically, drinking in
my culture was deeply rooted and my love for movies , TV and being drunk made
me think.“Is popcorn great with beer?”
But I couldn’t find a recipe. After watching “Viva La Bam“, when they travelled through Europe and came to Germany, that’s when I found out “Popcorn Beer” existed. So I tried making it and I used Stallion Beer but you can use any preferred beer of your liking. It turns out that when beer is heated, the alcohol evaporates, so I can’t get drunk. But it taste like beer anyhow, so enjoy.

By the way, the moth just flew into
the shot so we just kept it.
